Oh, I didn't expect this kind of post. I'm sorry that your social health is subpar.
I just wanted to let you know that your game charmed me as a child, and it still has a place in my heart as a young adult. All the little secrets and things you've put here and there, fun mechanics, awesome (choice of) musics make Sanguine II a little perfect game.
For this someone who plays, kinda designs and ponders about games, you are an inspiration. I've always held you in esteem, this I can't emphasize enough.
I hope all the best for you, dear sir. May you, may all of us find the company we need. -Faz

Thank you for the kind words, Faz.

Hi Ray!

Loneliness is a modern plague, and there are lots of people suffering from it worldwide. Socialization is a matter of choice since there are plenty of group activities like learning a foreign language / drawing / dances/ fitness, etc. Basically socialization is a side effect of doing something in common - it comes along the road, not a goal in itself.

There are whole game developers conferences! And you are a real game developer with several years of experience - don't let anyone tell you otherwise. In fact none of my games is even close to your works (And hey - I have a master's degree in Computer Science, but making software is just a part of making games)

There is no point in being depressed about coming of age - you can't affect it in any way.

Most people are very busy today, sorry for a very late reply.

P.S. If you need QA for your project- just PM and while I'm not as active as I used to be, taking even a small part in the development of your games is an honor.

Good to hear from you, DasSG. Sagely advice.

I hope everything goes well for you, I know we don't know each other but know that Sanguine 1 and Sanguine 2 that you made made me very happy, thank you

Happy gaming, Khinar.

Yeah for me is also difficult to socializate.I had little to no friends at the highschool :(

Even though i'm really excited for Sanguine III (believe it or not both games are important to me, they inspire me, i even made a 10 page script for a review of Sanguine 2)
I really wish you to be able to work on your personal struggles first and foremost, i've been lonely some times too but i managed to get out of that loneliness. I have faith you can too.
Anyway, it's gonna be 8 years since Sanguine 2 released, i was 14 and now i'm 22, and still to this day i check up on this page to see if there's any news about you or the game.
Very excited for Sanguine 3, and most importantly i wish you all the best in life, you can make it, you deserve it. I would love to work with you one day on a game.

Take care.

Hey, I just wanted to reiterate what other people have commented and say I'm incredibly sorry to hear you're in this situation right now. Don't lose hope, I used to feel lonely for a long time too, but forced myself to get out more and was lucky enough to get out of it. I'm sure you will too!
Besides all that, I just wanted to say the Sanguine series is legitimately in my list of top ten games of all time. They're incredibly important to me so thank you so much for making them!
(P.S. Sure your brothers still care about you a lot as well! It's just hard to keep in touch with sibs as you get older, but love never fades.)

Hey man, I'm a bit late to this post but I'm sorry to hear that you're going through something rough. I just wanted to say very briefly that I loved your game. The graphics, game mechanics, and just the overall vibe are immaculate and I can say confidently that it is one of my favorite games that I have ever played. I have full faith in you and I wish you good luck with Sanguine 3 but more importantly with life in general.
You got it dude!
